Privacy Policy
This policy explains how the Ouleiya team (“we”, “us”) handles personal data when you use ouleiya.com (the “Site”). We follow the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong and its six Data Protection Principles. If anything is unclear, email [email protected].
1. What we collect
You don't need to give us any personal data to play. There are no accounts, and every game works without your name or email.
- Game data in your browser. Best scores, settings and level progress are saved in your browser's local storage on your own device. It is not sent to us. Clearing your browser data deletes it.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider automatically records technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of access.
- Emails you send us. If you contact us, we receive your email address and your message.
- Advertising data. Google and its partners may collect information through cookies and similar technologies when ads are shown (see section 3).
2. Why we collect it
We use personal data only for these purposes, or directly related ones:
- to run, secure and improve the Site and fix problems;
- to reply to your messages and handle your requests;
- to show advertising that pays for the Site; and
- to meet legal obligations.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for direct marketing.
3. Advertising and Google AdSense
The Site is free because it shows ads served by Google AdSense, a service of Google LLC.
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this Site or other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this Site and/or other sites on the Internet.
- You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising at www.aboutads.info.

Visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked for consent before personalized ads or non-essential cookies are used, through a consent message provided by Google. You can change that choice at any time using the privacy link in the message.
4. Cookies
The Site itself doesn't set tracking cookies. Cookies on the Site come from Google's advertising and consent services described above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the games still work, but ads may be less relevant.
5. Who we share data with
We only share personal data with:
- our hosting and content-delivery provider, which serves the Site;
- Google, for advertising as described above; and
- authorities, where the law requires it.
These providers may process data on servers outside Hong Kong, including in the United States. When you use the Site, you understand that your data may be transferred to and processed in those places.
6. How long we keep it
We keep personal data no longer than needed for the purpose it was collected for. Emails are kept only as long as needed to handle your request. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security, then deleted.
7. Security
The Site is served over HTTPS, and we take reasonable steps to protect personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, processing, loss or use.
8. Your rights: access and correction
Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you have the right to ask whether we hold personal data about you, to request a copy of it, and to ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate. You can also ask us to delete emails you have sent us. Send your request to [email protected] with “Privacy” in the subject line. We will respond within 40 days, as the Ordinance requires. We may charge a fee that is not excessive for providing a copy of your data, and we will tell you about any fee before we proceed.
Because we don't run accounts or profiles, most information about your play stays on your own device, and you can delete it by clearing your browser data. For data processed by Google, use the Google links above.
9. Children
The Site is for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
