These terms apply to your use of ouleiya.com (the “Site”), operated by the Ouleiya team (“we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
1. Using the games
The games are free for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, re-host, frame, reverse-engineer or redistribute the games or their code, art or levels, or place them on another website or app, without our written permission.
2. Fair use of the Site
Don't interfere with the Site, try to break its security, overload it with automated traffic, or use bots to generate page views or ad clicks. Invalid activity around ads harms us and our advertisers and may be reported.
3. Intellectual property
All games, text, graphics and code on the Site are owned by Ouleiya or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Game names used here are our own; any third-party trademarks mentioned belong to their owners and are used only for description.
4. Advertising and third-party links
The Site shows ads and may link to other websites and app stores. We aren't responsible for third-party content, products or privacy practices.
5. No warranty
The Site and games are provided “as is” and “as available”. We don't guarantee they will always be available, error-free, or that scores saved in your browser will be kept.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to HK$500.
7. Changes and termination
We may update these terms, change or remove games, or restrict access to the Site at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the courts of Hong Kong have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
